How To Pray
The God Minute provides daily prayer and audio reflections that are approximately ten minutes in length. This is a beautiful way to start the day or listen any time of day that is convenient for you. Each day of the week is themed. Monday through Thursday provides short, prayerful reflections. Concert Friday is prayer through music. Marian Saturdays are prayerful reflections focused on the Blessed Mother and Sundays provide a gospel reflection.
It’s easy to signup on the the website to get the God Minute daily in your inbox. You can download the app from the app store and enjoy it on your phone any time of day. We listen on our commute into work. Often times the message is so inspirational that we share it with others.
The prayer inspiration is provided by the Congregation of the Mission, Vincentian priests and brothers. The prayer is led by priests, nuns and lay people.
